Returns
If you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Custom and special orders can not be returned or cancelled once your order confirmed.

To start a return, you need to contact us at info@artronauts.co.uk. We will get some information about product. If your return is accepted, you can dispatch the item back to us. Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Remember that all products offered on Artronauts.co.uk are made to individual customer's order (you choose the pattern and the size).

These products are not pre-made and stored, so the right to withdraw from the agreement does not apply to our products. However, if the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us. We will try to remedy this. The satisfaction of our customers is our top priority!

Please remember; 
Actual product colours may vary differences from colours shown on your screen due to photographic lighting sources or your screen settings. All photos of products were taken at professional photography environment.

Also we strongly encourage our customers to send returns by a tracked and insured service as Artronauts will not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

    Damages and issues 
    If you suspect that your items were damaged while being shipped or you receive the wrong item, please email us at info@artronauts.co.uk immediately and provide us with some photos of the package/box and damaged items as a proof to can file a claim with the delivery company. Your email must be sent within 48 hours, later complaints will not be considered. 

    After your request, we will make a claim for lost or damaged item. We provide the photos you sent and explain the situation to the delivery company. After investigation if they accept the responsibility, we will contact you right away with information regarding what to do next.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not in 10 days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

    Please remember you should expect to see the amount credited to your account in about 3 to 5 business days after refund processed. If you have not received the refund within this time frame, please contact your bank.

    Exchanges 
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
