Shipping Details
Metal Wall Arts are dispatched 1-3 business days from order confirmation.
Glass Wall Arts are dispatched 3-8 business days from order confirmation for standard shipping.
1-5 business days from order confirmation for priority express shipping.
We do not provide priority express shipping for custom printings. All the custom printings are dispatched 3-8 business days from order confirmation.
When your order is ready to ship, we provide the tracking details and you will receive an information e-mail. You can check online where your item is and estimated time of arrival.
Orders will be shipped via DHL Express, UPS, Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
You'll get a text and email the evening before to let you know it's due for arrival the next day. If you are unavailable to get your package on that time, you'll have the option to reschedule for a different date or leave it with your neighbour.
No shipping fee for UK
***Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot determine what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. We advise that you contact your local customs office to find out current charges before you order.
The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to Artronauts due to unpaid customs charges or ignored/unseen emails from your customs office or carrier. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deducted from any refund, gift card or requested exchange due.
Missed Parcels
Any items not delivered due to the recipient not being home will generally be returned to a local depot after the second delivery attempt, items not collected from the depot will be returned to Artronauts, we will then issue a refund of goods minus our postal charges and an admin fee for returned items. We advise customers to use an address that they can guarantee someone being there to receive the item (home or place of work) as they will need to be signed for.
Undelivered Items
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse it is the carrier's responsibility to deliver your package to you. We have very little if any power to influence any non-delivered items. The carrier will explain their procedures as well as any compensation claim processes. We will always do our best to help this process along when contacted.
Incorrect or Wrong address
If you have misspelt or auto-filled your address incorrectly, we can correct it before item sent. Notify us immediately via email at info@artronauts.co.uk, otherwise we may not able to help about it.
