Your photo is UV-printed onto the back of 4 mm tempered glass, so the image sits behind a deep, glossy surface that looks richer than paper or canvas. A white backing layer is sprayed over the print to keep colours bright, and every edge is polished smooth.

What kind of photo works best?
The original file from your phone or camera — not a screenshot or a photo sent through WhatsApp or social media, which shrinks it. The preview tells you how sharp it will be at each size.
My photo isn't sharp enough for the size I want. What now?
Pick a size marked sharp in the photo editor, or add Pro Enhancement and our team will upscale and clean up the photo by hand before printing.
Is the preview exactly what gets printed?
Yes — the crop you set is the crop we print, edge to edge. Leave a little breathing room around faces near the edges.
Will the colours match my screen?
Very closely. Screens glow while print reflects light, so very bright or neon tones can look slightly different. The gloss of the glass makes colours look deeper and richer.
Can I print any photo?
Only photos you took yourself or have permission to use. We can't print copyrighted images, artwork or photos of other people without their consent.
Can I return or exchange a custom print?
Because every custom print is made just for you, it can't be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged or faulty. Please check your size, crop and spelling before ordering.
What if it arrives damaged?
Photograph the damage and send it to us on WhatsApp within 48 hours. Once we've confirmed it happened in transit, we'll print a new one.
Can I change my photo after ordering?
Get in touch straight away. We can swap the photo or crop until your print goes into production.
How do I hang it?
The bracket is already fixed to the back. Tap in the masonry nails included, hook the bracket on and you're done — about 5 minutes for one person. Large sizes also come with screws and wall plugs.
Can I make a collage with different photos?
Yes. Choose Collage, pick a layout and upload a photo for each piece. Drag the pieces on the wall preview to plan your arrangement.
Is it fine in a bathroom or kitchen?
Yes — the back has a water-resistant coating. Avoid prolonged direct contact with water.

I was initially looking for some kind of Glass mirror that I could add my logo to and came across Artronauts. I was a bit sceptical at first as never considered or had a piece of wall art like this and I wasn't quite sure how the the quality would turn out from the logo I uploaded to personalise the piece. My concerns where put to rest the second i opened the package and say how good the quality and definition was. I ordered an 80cm x 80cm piece and the installation to the wall was seamless.
