What’s the difference between standard glass wall art and LUMI™?

Our standard glass wall art already looks vivid and premium.
But LUMI™ takes it further — with our backlight system, the artwork doesn’t just sit on the wall… it comes to life and truly changes the atmosphere of the room.

Can I order the RGB version?

Yes — RGB is available as an optional upgrade.
Simply write “RGB option” in your order notes and we’ll prepare it for you.

Can I use LUMI™ as a business sign or logo display?

Absolutely. LUMI™ is a powerful way to display your logo, branding, or shop name with a clean, premium finish.
It works beautifully as an illuminated wall sign for studios, salons, cafés, offices, and reception areas — designed to stand out without looking flashy.

Is the light too bright for everyday use?

Not at all. You’re fully in control.
With 1–10 brightness levels, you can go from a soft ambient glow to a bold statement piece — with one touch.

Will it work on my wall type (plasterboard, brick, concrete)?

Yes. If your wall is not a standard solid wall or you feel it may be weaker, we can include the right wall plugs and screws for your surface.
Just mention your wall type in the order notes.

Will the print fade over time?

No. We use latest-generation UV printing and apply a richer ink density than standard, for maximum depth and longevity.
Your artwork is made to stay vibrant for years.

Will it look exactly like the photos?

Yes — the final product looks the same as shown.
Please note: because screens display colours in RGB, while printing uses CMYK, there can be a small up to ~10% tone variation depending on your device brightness and settings.
In real life, the finish is clean, premium, and even more impressive in person.

Can you make a custom design / my own image into LUMI™?

Absolutely. We can turn your chosen image into a LUMI™ illuminated artwork.
We’ve also created custom pieces for many businesses using their logos, branding visuals, and personal photos.

Is it safely packed for delivery? What if it arrives damaged?

Yes — every LUMI™ is secured inside a custom wooden case and packed with maximum protection to prevent damage.
And in the very unlikely event it arrives broken, we’ll arrange a free replacement — no stress.

What should I do if the parcel arrives damaged?

If you notice visible damage, do not accept the delivery from the courier.
Please contact us immediately and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. If you’re not fully happy, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Custom and special orders cannot be returned or cancelled once confirmed.
